The velvet tub chairs are amazing - so soft, the perfect colour red, and most importantly, so comfortable - you don't need to have arm rests because the curve and height of the back allow you to rest your arms comfortably! Amazing value for money as well - they are solid and well-made. I bought 4 of them for a little cocktail area by a huge window overlooking the garden - because of these chairs, I found a new favourite place to sit!

Gorgeous gorgeous chair which would look beautiful in any room. As another reviewer has expressed already OB seem to have no idea how to deliver these - lots of padding around the legs but nothing to protect the beautiful plush velvet. Mine arrived damaged which was very disappointing given the cost. If you are considering buying one of these I would check that they have sorted this as not to waste precious time (manufacturing and then waiting for a delivery time). I have rated this two stars as mine was not perfect but had it of been wrapped properly it would have happily been five.

Absolutely love this stunning piece of furniture by OB - beautifully made and very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The price reflects the high craftsmanship and the fact it comes with a 25 year frame guarantee is a great piece of mind! I was so excited when I ordered this on seeing it in the store. It arrived but unfortunately whil the legs were well wrapped up there was a single sheet of thin polythene lying in the bottom of the box and subsequently the velvet was quite scuffed. I had excellent customer service and another chair was duly ordered. The second one was exactly the same; extremely well protected legs but nothing covering the beautiful velvet and again there were scuff marks all across the top. Having twice taken time off work to receive the chair and not wanting any more hassle I just kept it. I do love it and the colour is stunning but I do not understand why the velvet is not as well protected as the legs. It's a designer's guild fabric! I get better wrapping on a £50 dress! Please do something about this for other orders.
